Information

Ideal commuting electrical switch element with leakage. This switch can be used to model a two-way switch. If control = true, the switch is in the p-n2 connection. If control = false, the switch is in the p-n1 connection.

Control variables:

 control:     Boolean variable denoting the switch position (modulation signal)


Parameters:

 Ron:         Leakage resistance in on state (default value = 1e-5 Ohm)

 Goff:        Leakage conductance in off state (default value = 1e-5 Mho)

Logic:

contol = true: p-n2 is connected
contol = false: p-n1 is connected
