Modulated internal current source with heat computation
The internal modulated current source of Spice-style transistors is
built in bondgraphic technology from a bond graph mSf_Int
element. The internal modulated current source of Spice-style
transistors is in fact a non-linear resistor, rather than a source,
since voltage and current are always pointing in the same
direction.
The internal modulated current source also has a heat port to
put out the heat that is being generated by the resistor.
