Information

This modulated capacitor is built in bondgraphic technology from a bond graph mC3 element. It implements the variable junction capacitor of an np-junction in a Spice-style bipolar transistor model.

Potential variables:

 Cdepl:  Depletion capacitance (modulation input signal)

 Cdiff:  Diffusion capacitance (modulation input signal)


Parameters:

 XCJ:    Fraction of depletion capacitance considered inside the junction (default value = 1)

 Level:  Transistor modeling level (Ebers-Moll = 1; Gummel-Poon = 2) (default value = 2)
