CMOS NAND Gate
The nand gate is a basic CMOS building block. It consists of
four CMOS transistors.

The circuit was slightly modified by Alfonso
Urqu?a of the Universidad Nacional de Educaci?n a Distancia in
Madrid from the original circuit proposed by Clauß and Schneider.
Alfonso tied the bulk of the two p-channel MOSFETs to the high
voltage (Vdd) instead of the ground, as the original circuit
wouldn't simulate correctly for any modeling levels higher than
0.
