This is a model of a commercial OR/NOR gate built from thirteen vertically diffused NPN bipolar transistors [1: p.244].

Experimentation:

Simulate the model during 30 microseconds. Plot the two input voltages, vA and vB, together with the two output voltages, vOR and vNOR, on a single plot.
