Phasor-domain description can be used for linear AC circuits,
i.e. for electrical systems the components of which are coupled
galvanically among each other. In case of an electromechanical
system like an induction machine, the complete electrical subsystem
has to be described using phasor domain while the mechanical
subsystem is represented using time domain.
