Analogous to the SamplerLevel
block, the SamplerTrigger block transforms a continuous signal into
a DEVS signal. The sampling takes place at discrete time instants
which are given by an additional ModelicaDEVS block.
Generated Events (QSS1/QSS2/QSS3
mode):
Neither the event instants nor the event values can be predicted,
because the event instants depend on the output of the ModelicaDEVS
component connected to the discrete input port, and the event
values depend on the continuous input signal.
