Trioxysalen (also known as trimethylpsoralen or 4,5',8-trimethylpsoralen) is a furocoumarin derivative used in combination with ultraviolet A (UVA) light for photochemotherapy (PUVA) mainly in the treatment of vitiligo and psoriasis.
