Meropenem and vaborbactam is a combination antibacterial drug consisting of meropenem, a broad-spectrum carbapenem antibiotic, and vaborbactam, a β-lactamase inhibitor. This combination is used for the treatment of complicated urinary tract infections, including pyelonephritis, caused by susceptible Gram-negative bacteria.
