Information

The model is designed to test the generator and load components of the Electrical library.

Simulation sequence:

• t=0 s: The system starts at equilibrium
• t=1 s: The torque is brought to zero. Since there is a deficit of 100% nominal power in the island, the frequency starts decreasing with a rate of 100% for each acceleration time Ta=10 s, i.e., by 10%/s, or 5 Hz/s

Since the system is not connected to a grid, the generator has referenceGenerator = true to provide a well-posed initialization problem.

Simulation Interval = [0...2] sec

Integration Algorithm = DASSL

Algorithm Tolerance = 1e-6
